The Truth VS Lies

I often hear people say I want to hear the truth.  Then when the truth is told to them they get mad.  I do see a problem sometimes though and that is what is the truth.  Each Religion has there own doctorine on what is the truth.  I feel that poses a big problem.   I do feel it is good to have something to believe in.  Another thing I hear is if you tell me the truth I won't get mad.  Then a person goes and tell the truth to that other person and they blow up like a time bomb waiting to tick.  Some people though in this country have there own version of the truth or what they think is truth.  There are places in this country where you are being lied to from but if i talk about it on here I would be arrested or killed.  Certain people want to keep other people blinded to what is the truth and they feed you a bunch of lies everyday for financial gain.  There are so many ways in this country where people are being lied to.  Not only are people being lied to but some people try to make promises to other people and then decide not to keep them. Yes the truth hurts but I would rather hear it and be hurt a little bit than to be lied to and find out later where it hurts even worse. Some people lie to other people just to make a whole lot money.  I always thought we are suppose to use money and love people instead we love money and use people.   I have no problem with making money but I feel we should stop trying to hurt others and telling a bunch of lies to achieve financial status.  It's the truth that hurts but it's the lies that really kill.  When a person is lied to over and over by the same person it becomes harder and harder to trust them or wanting to be around them.  I do think we all lie at some point in our lives but when you do it on a constant basis and become a pathological liar then you have a big problem and need to go get help.  There are many reasons that people lie though and some of those reasons are money, sex, to get drugs, to get what they want, to feel powerful, to get attention.  Is it hard to tell the truth 100 percent of the time yes.  I feel that the only time its ok to lie is in this situation I'm about to explain.  Theres someone breaking in your house you don't know and they want to know where your wife, husband or children are.  This is one of the few times where i think it is totally ok and acceptable to tell a lie.  To protect someone from someone evil is the only reason anyone should tell a lie.  I know of a lie that really ticks me off and parents will hate me for this one.  At Christmas time they tell there children that there is a Santa Claus.  What exactly are they teaching by doing that? You're teaching children that it's ok to tell lies.  I feel its better to live for the truth and be hated than it is to be loved by hundreds while being a fake and being a liar.  Each human being has to decide whether they want to live in truth or live in lie.  I thank you for reading my interesting random theories blog and I encourage you to send me your comments and thoughts on what I say on here.

Why I think certain songs are popular

I love to talk about my theories on here and while some of them might be wrong it's great to talk about them.  I want to talk today about why I think certain songs are popular.  Have you noticed that sometimes the most dumbest, ignorant moronic song is popular.  Why do you think that is?  I will tell some reasons I have for this.  First I think the radio plays a song too death until you are either forced to like it or are sick of it.  Please understand this is not a bash to the radio stations or the DJ"s who work there.  They are bascially forced to play the song and I'm sure deep down some of them have got to be sick of hear the same song over and over and over again.    I like music just as much as the next person.  I just don't like popular songs as much because of the overplay and the overkill of the song. I know of people who will play the same  songs  over and over until I don't want to hear it again for five years.  I think that's why I end up listening to classic rock or I buy christian bands that very few know.   Second I think we as the people of the world have turned off our minds to what a song is saying.  If it's got a good beat then we will listen to it.  While I'm like you in the aspect I like a good beat I like knowing what the song I'm listening to it saying.  Third if there is a special type of dance to the song that will make it popular too.  After a while I just don't even want to listen to music anymore.  I think I would rather just read a good book about how to make money on the internet or how to build a website.   So I would like to hear why you think songs are popular.  Is there any other theories you have on this that you'd like to share?  Send me your comments on this.  I thank you for reading my Interesting Random Theories blog.
