Are people really as busy as they say

Sometimes I admit some of my theories may tick some people off.  The truth is though I like to write about things I observe.  There are people in this world who I do believe are very busy and have little time for interaction unless it is at there job.  Celebrities and models are to me the most busiest people.  I can understand that.  There are some people out there though who pretend there busy as an excuse usually to avoid talking to someone.  How do I know this because I've done it before but not lately.  Are there times I do believe that some people are busy sure I do.    Does it sound like Im complaining maybe but the truth is I like to write about things I observe and this is one of them.  I think theres better things to say like I don't feel like hanging out right now.
