Why its bad to hold back anger
Everyone at times feels angry. I admit I do. But have you ever known someone who holds back there anger? Im one of those people that do. I try to be slow to anger but I'll be honest there are times I'm just downright angry about something. Like how something is going in my life or something. What is worse is when you do feel angry and you hold back and then you finally let it out you take your anger out on someone else that you care about. You don't mean to do it but for some reason whether its feeling hurt or upset about how things are going you just get mad at them. To those people that I've done that too I'm sorry. I know I can't take back what I've done all I can do is hope that that person forgives me for being stupid and insensitive. Now also on the other end you don't want to just blow up at each and every little thing. It doesn't do you or your stomach any good. So with anger you have to try and be slow to it. It's ok to feel angry just try and make sure that your anger doesn't go and hurt someone with words like I did to someone or hurt them physically. When I get angry i tend to like to listen to some loud screaming music that doesn't have hardly any cussing in it. Another thing to do is just to go into a room into the house and just start screaming really loud. You won't believe how much better you'll feel afterwards. Cry out to the Creator and get mad if you have to thats another thing I do. So to all of you who feel angry I hope this article is helpful to you as writing it is very helpful to me.
